The opening ceremony of the 14th World Kurash Wrestling Championship will be on November 25 in the Olympic village of Ashgabat.

The men's national team of Turkmenistan included: Vepa Ovlyakulyev (weight category up to 60 kg), Dovlet Hamrakulyev (up to 66 kg), Shatlyk Jumaniyazov (up to 73 kg), Dayanch Omirov (up to 81 kg), Sanzhar Abdyrahmanov (up to 90 kg), Ruslan Esgerov (up to 100 kg) and Sapa Sapayev (over 100 kg).

Women's: Ayshirin Haydarova (up to 48 kg), Aynur Amanova (up to 52 kg), Gulshat Annayeva (up to 57 kg), Dinara Rozykulova (up to 63 kg), Maria Lohova (up to 70 kg), Sabina Kadyrova (up to 78 kg) , Jahan Muhammedova (up to 87 kg) and Sabina Agajanova (over 87 kg).

Competition schedule:

On November 27, competitions will be held in the following weight categories:

Men: -90 kg, -100 kg, +100 kg;
Women: -48 kg, -52 kg, -57kg, -63 kg, -70 kg.
Preliminary tour – from 10:00 to 13:00.
Semi-final – from 15:00 to 18:00.
Final – from 18:00 to 19:30.

On November 28, competitions will continue in the following weight categories:

Men: -60 kg, -66 kg, -73 kg, -81 kg;
Women: -78 kg, -87 kg, +87 kg.
Preliminary tour – from 10:00 to 13:00.
Semi-final – from 15:00 to 18:00.
Final – from 18:00 to 19:30.
