The ball is in the net! The national youth football championship has started
The national football championship among young men born in 2008-2009 has started in Ashgabat.
8 teams from all velayats of the country and the city of Ashgabat participate in the championship. The teams are divided into two groups. The first two placed teams from each quartet qualify for the semi-finals of the championship.
In the first round of the championship, Altyn Touch beat its peers from the Kuvvatly Bedene team with a large score (7:0). In another match of Group A, Lebap won against Dashoguz with a score of 4:0. The matches in group "B" ended with the victories of the teams of the Sports School and the Balkans. They beat Akhal (5-0) and Mary (3:1) respectively.
The tournament games are held at the Ashgabat multifunctional stadium and will last until June 29th. It is on this day that the match for the 3rd place and the final will take place.
