Nail Nurov, Head of the Directorate for the Preparation and Holding of the V World Nomad Games, presented the medals at a briefing in the Central Communications Service, IA reports El.kz .

The medals are made of bronze alloy. In the center of the medals is the logo of the Games – this is a solar man, symbolizing the movement forward, the desire to win.

"The outline of the medal is made in the style of our national symbol shanyrak. A special place is occupied by the ribbon, which is made in our corporate style in carnelian color. There is a commemorative inscription on it, which contains information about the place and time of the Games," the speaker said.

The V World Nomad Games will be held from September 8 to 13 in Astana. The program includes 21 sports. Half of them are Kazakh national sports, the rest are national sports of many Turkic countries. Delegations from 89 countries have confirmed their participation in the Games, and Turkmenistan will also take part.

More than 2,500 athletes are expected to participate.
