43-year-old football specialist Dovletmurad Annaev, as the head coach, will prepare the youth national team of Turkmenistan (under 20) for the qualifying matches of the Asian Cup 2025. The rivals of the Turkmen football players in the qualification tournament of the Asian Cup 2025, which will be held from September 25 to 29 in Bishkek, will be the youth teams of Japan, Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar. They formed the group "I".

In preparation for the qualifying matches of the Asian Cup 2025, the wards of Dovletmurad Annaev will take part in the championship of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) among youth teams (under 20), which will be held from July 5 to 12 in Jalalabad (Kyrgyzstan).

Dovletmurad Annaev has extensive coaching experience. In 2019, he won the first league with Kopetdag, then helped Tofik Shukurov work with this team in the top league, headed FC Ashgabat as the head coach, as well as the youth national team of Turkmenistan (U17) at the Asian Championship qualifying tournament in Jordan.

Prior to being appointed head coach of the youth national team of Turkmenistan (U20), D.Annaev coached Akhal from the second round of the national football championship. And quite successfully.
