From June 15 to July 11, the Turkmenistan swimming team successfully held a training camp in Batumi, Georgia. The main goal was to improve the sportsmanship of the participants before the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris, scheduled for the period from July 26 to August 11.

Let us remind you that at the Olympic Games in Paris, Turkmenistan will be represented in swimming by Musa Zhalayev (100 meters, freestyle) and Ainura Primova (100 meters backstroke).

12 Turkmen athletes trained at the training camp, organized under the guidance of experienced coaches Dmitry Novikov and Mark Pilyugin. A special training program ensured a high level of competitiveness for the participants before the upcoming competitions.

The men's team included David Akopyan, Musa Zhalayev, Seyran Nurmyradov, Muhammetmyrat Gutliyev, Alan Muhin and Kurban Hommadov.

The women's team was represented by Enesh, Ejesh and Ainur Primov, Anastasia Morginshtern, Ogulmerjen Nuraeva and Ainur Merdanova.
