Real Madrid beat Atletico, Arsenal defeated PSV – the results of the first matches of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League
The first meeting of the rivals, held at the Bernabeu Stadium, ended with the victory of the home team with a score of 2:1. Rodrigo (4th minute) and Braim Diaz (55th minute) scored goals for Real Madrid. The goal of the guests was scored by Julian Alvarez (32).
In the other match of the game day, English Arsenal defeated Dutch PSV with a score of 7:1.Jurrien Timber (18th minute), Ethan Nvaneri (21), Mikel Merino (31), Martin Edegaard (47, 73), Leandro Trossard (48) and Ricardo Calafiori (85). Noah Lang scored a goal for the Dutch club, who converted a penalty (43).
